How to optimize it for your bulk plant:

• Route it right: Return the bypass line to the tank’s vapor section—never back to the pump intake—to continuously vent trapped gas.

• Control the heat: An over-tight valve creates friction, flashing liquid propane to gas and causing vapor lock.

• Tune by amps: Set differential pressure about 10 psi below the pump’s max and monitor motor amps so you don’t trip overloads.
