Coro-Vane® LPG Sliding Vane Pumps
Corken’s Coro-Vane® positive displacement sliding vane pumps are an excellent choice for propane, butane, and agricultural ammonia applications. The self-adjusting sliding vanes improve the pumping efficiency and extend the life of the pump. Removing the pump head gives the user full access to the rotor, cam, side plates, seals, and bearings. All of Corken’s LPG sliding vane pumps are equipped with a non-adjustable internal relief valve pre-set at the factory so no adjustments in the field are necessary.
Z-Model Sliding Vane Pumps
The Z-Series Coro-Vane® pumps offer a six blade design with blade drivers and a patented needle roller thrust bearing rated for 4,000 lbs. The needle roller thrust bearings protects the pump against dynamic impact loads imposed on the pump by the drive system. Premature failures due to axial thrust loads are minimized on truck applications. With O-ring construction throughout, they are rated for 400 psi (28.6 bar) working pressure. Since Z-Series sliding vane pumps are used primarily in LPG (propane & butane) and agricultural ammonia applications, the internal relief valve is pre-set at the factory and does not require adjustments in the field.
Z-Series pumps are a great option for other liquefied gases with high vapor pressures such as natural gas liquids (NGLs), refrigerants, CO2, and many more. Applications include bulk pump transfer, propane delivery truck, and transport. Available in 2”, 3” and 4” sizes.

521 and 1021 Model Sliding Vane Pumps
Corken standard sliding vane pumps utilize the original ten blade design with no blade drivers. The mechanical seal now has a silicon carbide seal seat providing maximum leakage control and is approved for propane, butane, and agricultural ammonia. Suitable for bulk pump transfer and propane delivery truck applications. Available in 2” and 3” sizes.

Hydraulic Option for Sliding Vane Pumps
When an electric motor drive is not the preferred option, there are alignment issues, or space is limited, a hydraulic drive is the solution. This option allows the user to mount a hydraulic motor directly to the pump forming a precise compact alignment. The hydraulic drive option is available on Z-Series pumps only. The lettter “H” shown in the model number (e.g. ZH2000) designates the hydraulic drive option.
