Coro-Vane® Industrial Sliding Vane Pumps
Corken offers several industrial sliding vane pumps for a wide range of vapor pressures, differential pressures, and viscosities. All industrial pumps are equipped with an adjustable internal relief valve and feature self-adjusting sliding vanes and vane drivers to improve pumping efficiency. And, maintenance is simple. Removing the pump cover gives full access to the rotor, cam, sideplates, seals, and bearings. Drive options include gear reducer, V-belt, and hydraulic.
Suitable liquids include but are not limited to aviation fuel, fuel oil, lube oil, solvents, and liquefied gases such as LPG, ammonia, and carbon dioxide.
Each product group below is designed for a certain capacity and working pressure.
CD-Model Sliding Vane Pumps
CD-models are high pressure pumps with O-ring construction, replaceable cam, and reversible sideplates.

Flow Rate | up to 400 gpm (1,514 l/min) |
Working pressure: | up to 400 psi (27.6 bar) |
Differential pressure: | up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) |
Temperature range: | -25 to 225°F (-32 to 107°C) |
Viscosity: | up to 20,000 SSU (4,250 cSt) |
PT-Model Sliding Vane Pumps
PT-Models are low pressure pumps with a combination of O-ring and gasket construction. Unlike the CD-models, PT-models do not have a replaceable cam or reversible sideplates.

Flow rate: | up to 263 gpm (995 l/min) |
---|---|
Working pressure: | up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) |
Differential pressure: | up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) |
Temperature range: | -25 to 300°F (-32 to 149°C) |
Viscosity: | up to 20,000 SSU (4,250 cSt) |
PZ-Model Sliding Vane Pumps
PZ-models are low pressure pumps with O-ring construction and reversible sideplates but cam is not replaceable.

Flow rate: | up to 165 gpm (624.5 l/min) |
---|---|
Working pressure: | up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) |
Differential pressure: | up to 125 psi (8.6 bar) |
Temperature range: | -25 to 300°F (-32 to 149°C) |
Viscosity: | up to 20,000 SSU (4,250 cSt) |
Hydraulic Option for Industrial Sliding Vane Pumps
When an electric motor is not the preferred drive option or space is limited, a hydraulic drive is the solution. This allows the user to mount a hydraulic motor directly to the pump forming a precise compact alignment. The hydraulic drive option is available on all PT- and PZ-Series pumps only. The letter “H” shown in the model number (e.g. PTH or PZH) designates the hydraulic drive option.
